two forks

Two Forks, a healthy fast-casual eatery in Bryant Park, NYC, takes the philosophy behind traditional pulled pork & applies it to a vast array of meats and produce. Contrary to familiar southern-style BBQ, their pulled meats & produce are cooked without smoke & are inspired by global flavors.

As creative director and graphic designer, I developed the look & feel of the Two Forks brand identity + social media presence. A host of assets such as a proposal book, logotype, brand book, stationery, style guides, & the restaurant architecture, as well as the different end user client applications (interactive design).

Press releases: New York Times, Fox News, USA Today, Eater, NY Magazine, Time Out, FabFitFun, CBS NY, Tasting Table etc.

the technique

Cook with no open flames, deep fryers or grills. This allows for the natural flavors of the food to shine through. The slow cooking process creates a product rich in flavor & full of nutrients. Two Fork’s farm to table approach draws inspiration globally, but always through a New York lens.

cooked slow, pulled fast

The stores design evokes a modern simplicity bringing together rural typologies with an industrial edge.
